Return Policy

At Busbar, we have resolved to produce bus bars of high quality that are of high precision, durability and performance. Since the majority of our products are industrial products and are usually tailor-made, we have a transparent policy regarding the returns so that there is no confusion and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted if:

  • During transportation, the product is spoiled.
  • There is a defect in the manufacturing of the product.
  • The delivered product is wrong according to order.

Non-Returnable Conditions:

The nature of our products does not allow us to refund some of them. The majority of our bus bars are tailor-made and cannot conform to any kind of reuse or resale.

  • The returns will not be accepted on the following:
  • Made-to-order or customized bus bars.
  • Used, installed or modified products.
  • Wrong specifications on the orders made by the customer.
  • Small marks on the surface which cannot influence performance.

Return Process:

Customers will have to undergo appropriate procedures and give the relevant information to facilitate the smooth process of returning a product.

  • Steps to request a return:
  • Post your order information and invoice.
  • Explain the issue clearly
  • Give pictures or films as evidence.
  • Please seek the consent of our team.
  • Any requests of the returns will be checked and approved by Busbar.

Inspection & Approval:

After a request is received, our quality team thoroughly examines the request and confirms the problem. On this assessment, the approval or rejection of this return will be made. We have the right to refuse the requests which do not correspond to our policy.

Replacement & Refund:

In case your request of a refund is fulfilled, we will give you an adequate solution according to the case.

  • Replacement: Processed damaged or erroneous products.
  • Refund: This procedure is started in relevant cases in 7-10 working days.
  • The replacement dispatch will be carried out in the shortest possible time.

Shipping Responsibility:

The terms of shipping would be based on the type of return.

  • In case it is on our part, we would assume the shipping cost.
  • Otherwise, shipping fees can also be charged to the customer.
  • Goods have to be sent back in good packaging.

Order Cancellation:

It is only possible to cancel the orders prior to the process of manufacturing. Cancellation may not be possible once it is into production particularly when it is a customized bus bar.
